What is shared accommodation?
Shared accommodation, or shared housing is where a number of individuals live within the same property but have their own personal, private bedroom, but have use of shared spaces within the accommodation which will include communal areas, bathrooms and kitchens.
What's the benefit of sharing a house?
Furnished - Being able to move straight in to a property as a student or young professional without having to buy your own bed or bedroom furniture is an advantage that our tenants love.
Bills included - with the cost of living crisis escalating it's reassuring for our tenants to know each month exactly what their outgoings will be.

Swansea University accommodates over 20,000 student each year across its 3 campuses; Singleton Park Campus, Bay Campus and St David's Park Campus.
Those students that choose to live off-campus most frequently gravitate towards the most popular student accommodation areas that include Uplands, Brynmill, Sandfields, St Thomas and Port Tennant.
About Brynmill
Brynmill, Swansea, South West Wales
Brynmill is a suburb of the City and County of Swansea, Wales, UK. It lies about two miles (3 km) to the west of Swansea city centre. It is a residential area forming the southern part of the Uplands electoral ward. As it is close to Swansea University, many students choose to rent rooms here during term time. Aside from the student population, this is a fairly middle-class area.
Brynmill is approximately bounded by Swansea Bay to the south; Brynmill Lane to the west; Glanbrydan Avenue to the north; Bryn-y-Mor Road to the north-east; and Guildhall Road to the south-east. Brynmill can be further subdivided between the upland area of Brynmill proper and the lowland area of St. Helen's close the sea.
